Please note that there are two types of products on our site for which different withdrawal rights can be exercised:

1.) Prefabricated products

Such products are, for example, samples of materials used for 3D printing. For these products, the Right of Withdrawal (14-day withdrawal) commonly used in electronic commerce applies. For more information on the „language of law” see "Consumer Information Section I.

2.) Customized products

These are:

• the products which are ordered on the basis of the selected options on the product pages

• the products which are ordered on the basis of the acceptation of our quote made by your special request sent on the web page or our any other contact form

• all the 3D model created by 3D product configurator are customized and personalized according to You.

For these products, less frequent withdrawal rights (exclusion of the right of withdrawal) in electronic commerce (14-day withdrawal without explanation does not apply) applies. For more information on the „language of law” see "Consumer Information" below in Section II.

Why doesn't the right of withdrawal apply to customized products?
If the law would allow withdrawal from such contracts, this would be economically valueless, since the trader could not sell to any other consumer the product having unique value only for the consumer who ordered the product.

I. Right of withdrawal

Information about withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You shall bear the costs associated with the returning of goods following withdrawal. If returned articles that show signs of usage or that are damaged, the Seller reserves the right to collect a reasonable fee in return for the decline in value.
