The transport is carried out by GLS Logistic. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping zone. The shipping costs are calculated based on the GLS Logistics’ tariff. Please pay attention that customs charges incurred during shipping outside in EU are not included in our shipping fee and shall be paid upon receipt!

During the purchase process, you will be able to choose from different parcels (pick-up) points deliveries (Foxpost, Pick Pack Pont, PostaPont, MPL parcel point) where you can pick-up your order.

Since we do not deliver from stock the products will only be manufactured (3D printed) after that your order has been submitted so accustomed to mass product we work with a slightly longer delivery time. The delivery time depends on the material of your choice (3D printing technology) and the chosen shipping method. The different materials used for 3D printing require different production time. Please look around what kind of manufacturing technologies (materials) we work with.

Our goal is to fill our order as quickly as possible. After production, the shipping now only depends on the chosen shipping method and location (1-3 workday).
